Gary M. Glassman, Esq. has significant trial and appellate experience in  federal and state courts. Prior to joining Hilyard, Bogan & Palmer, P.A., Mr. Glassman was an Assistant City Attorney for Daytona Beach, Florida representing the city in all areas of litigation including Section 1983, police liability cases, employment cases, labor arbitrations, and general tort liability cases. He has also represented Orange County, Florida, and the Cities of Tampa, Winter Park, and Winter Springs in  civil rights litigation, and the Osceola County School District in tort and labor litigation.

He is a member of the Florida and New York Bar Associations, and has been a speaker at several seminars on topics ranging from constitutional law to attorney fees in civil litigation. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Glassman is an Adjunct Professor in the Political Science Department of Stetson University and a former Visiting Professor in the Political Science Department at the University of North Florida.
